I can't figure out to find the active effects section in the UI. I found the one in the magic section, but I am kind of confused. Where does it show my diseases and or spells that have been casted upon me. I got hit with some sort of ice spell from a Falmer and was moving extremely slow. I couldn't find what what was happening to my character.

I miss the notifications on the top right from oblivion.

All active effects should be under magic. You sure there's a spell on you?
