Welcome![edit]

Hello Z929669! Welcome to UESPWiki! It's always good to have new members. If you would like to help improve any of our pages, you may want to take a look at the following links:

If you would like to spice up your userpage, click here for a list of userboxes you can use, including a guide to making your own.

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or discuss the games in the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors. Have fun! Jeancey (talk) 19:17, 7 January 2014 (GMT)

Editing talk pages[edit]

Please do not edit or remove other editors' comments from talk pages. Edits like this are not appropriate for this wiki. Any grammatical fixes should be left to the user posting the comment, and outright removal of a comment is only acceptable in a select few circumstances, none of which applied there. You might want to review our guidelines on editing talk pages here and here. Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions. ThuumofReason (talk) 20:45, 8 January 2014 (GMT)

I was about to think the same, Thuum, when I saw that Z929669 actually WAS the original poster of this comment... ;-) -- SarthesArai Talk 21:27, 8 January 2014 (GMT)
The comment that was deleted was Silencer's, actually, although I suppose some clarification is in order. It's fine to edit your own comments, but don't remove the comments of other users. That was the part of the edit which was in error. ThuumofReason (talk) 21:31, 8 January 2014 (GMT)
That is strange ... I would never knowingly delete or alter another's comment. Sorry. RE edits of other users' content, I think correction of typos and plain spelling/punctuation mistakes should be fair game (but I will refrain). Such behavior is fundamentally and universally 'correcting' ... not to be confused with style or grammar or content changes, of course. — Unsigned comment by Z929669 (talkcontribs) on 21 March, 2014‎
