When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

UESPWiki:Image Requests

Hey, Kunvulonin! I saw that you've been adding images for the Adventurer page and I just thought I would point out the Image Requests page we have, in case you didn't know about it. It's where editors can make requests for specific images for articles and image-uploaders such as yourself can help out by fulfilling requests. The page has details on the wanted format and guidelines, but feel free to ask if you have any questions. Also, I thought I might suggest adding the page to your watchlist if you're interested in being a regular contributor to the page. :) Of course, if you're not interested in taking these kinds of images, disregard this and keep doing what you're doing with the regular images tagged by that template! :D — ABCface^◥ 04:28, 12 September 2012 (GMT)

Oh, and for future reference, the guidelines on the page say to not add the images yourself, but rather wait for the person who requested the image to do it themselves. It's no big deal this time, but try to keep this in mind in the future. (This only applies for uploading images requested on this page. Hey ABC! I found the Image Request page yesterday and had a look through it, so I thought I'd give it a try and see if I could help with the Adventurer images. I'll be glad to help in anyway that I can with more images. I will also bookmark that page as well, since I'm still learning my way around here. And, sorry about already adding the images to the page, I thought it was okay to add them since I took them, but now I know it works differently for image requests. :) — Kunvulonin^{Künvülänin} 04:40, 12 September 2012 (GMT)

Yeah, it's not a really big deal in this case, in which it's obvious where every image is intended to go, but sometimes the editors who make requests are creating extremely detailed pages, such as this page and they have a very specific spot on that page where they want each image to be, so it helps to eliminate the guesswork from the image-uploader and possible "fixing" from the editor who made the request. Also, it works as a check to ensure that the editor who made the request has seen that it's fulfilled, and then removed from the page properly. Again, no big deal, just something to keep in mind next time. :) — ABCface^◥ 04:47, 12 September 2012 (GMT)
