This IP address has been blocked from editing UESPWiki for repeatedly vandalizing the site, despite being warned to stop. Other IP addresses used by this user (starting with 200.238.102.162 and 200.238.102.170) have also been blocked. If you wish to appeal the block, you may make your request on your talk page, which you can still edit even while being blocked.
