I'm glad you decided to hear me out. According to the writings we found, the pale creatures of Skyrim are really the Falmer from the legends. We also found a description of a ritual that you could use to bring them under your control. One necessary component is a mixture of elven blood, coming from as many types of Mer as you can find. You also need a powerful artifact artifact - or several - to channel the mind-controlling magic. I think something that once belonged to a Dragon Priest would do well, since they were embodiments of domination in their age. I found information about three priests who lived in this area of Skyrim: Morokei, Volsung, and Vokun.
Use this information as you will. With an army of Falmer under your control, you could become the right hand of that Ashen Lord of yours. Perhaps even usurp him. I don't care. My price for this information remains the same: I want to use one of your harrowstorms to pull a specific soul out of Coldharbour. I want it done before you send your agents to start gathering the ritual components. And remember that since I already gave you the information, there is no backing off.
