It says her body never disappears. Is this never as in Ralen Hlaalo never or as in normal-body-that-disappears-in-3-days never? If the latter, then that information is rather redundant. 67.60.187.161 11:57, 7 June 2008 (EDT) Ah, nevermind. I just went in and checked and her body truly doesn't disappear after 3 days. Odd, I thought that she did once on one of my prior saves...Oh well, must've accidentally removed her corpse.

I think you'll find her body does disappear after 3 in-game days, if left alone. The glitches page for Tribunal says this also.

A way of getting past traps[edit]

Another way that I dont think was said on the page is that if you use the perma spell trick with resist magicka 100% you can walk through all the strange devices. Erawycca 11:38, 2 July 2008 (EDT)

I don't think Resist Magicka will work, as the damage done by the devices is elemental in nature. Therefore, you would need resistance to the relevant elements, which is already noted in the article. --Gaebrial 04:43, 4 July 2008 (EDT)
I can confirm that Resist Magicka 100% is not effective in this case. I agree that Resist [Element] is the correct choice. Chill fridge (talk) 03:22, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
I can confirm that Resist Magicka *is* effective, sometimes. It depends on the spell effect of the device - clearly, they're not always elemental - as I sometimes get the "You resisted Magicka" message. 67.247.12.46 21:25, 16 July 2023 (UTC)

Tadera Andules is alive?[edit]

hi! i was doing the quest(a long time ago)and Tadera Andules was a live when she's supoesed to be dead...and want to know if any body else had this happen...i also added it when i didn't have a account but was deleted--GUM!!! 00:43, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

Can you remember if everything else had gone as expected? The script that kills Andules is activated when you talk to Elbert Nemarc and he says "I stepped closer to one to get a better look, and it shocked me. Badly, at that. Took several hours to regain the feeling in my left arm. At the time, I stumbled and fell, only to hear her laughing maniacally. She was upset that they weren't strong enough! When I'd recovered a bit, I tried asking what she was up to, and she exploded at me. Accused me of being a spy, of trying to steal from her. She ran me out of the manor, and I haven't spoken to her since, which suits me just fine."
That bit of dialogue starts a script called SadriThief, which moves Andules to the Old Mournhold: Residential Sewers and sets her health to zero. If she was in the sewers it would be really weird if she was still alive. The same script also kills the ordinator and removes his sword: can you remember if that had happened too, or was the ordinator still alive? rpeh •TCE 14:09, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
yeah she was in the sewers and was alive i reloaded and when i went down again she was alive again so i killed her and cheaked her corpse and got the jornal thing oh and i think i could only talk to her about rumors and mournhold--GUM!!! 00:22, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
Then I can't explain it. It seems impossible for one part of a script to run but not another. The only thing I can think of is that there was some massively unlikely coincidence involving cell resets and scripts conflicting. Definitely sounds like a one-off. rpeh •TCE 16:14, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
i just have one question my game forze a long time ago so what would happen if it happend again...and i didn't kill her and skipped the jornal thing?would it ruin the quest?--GUM!!! 17:04, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
I don't know. Since I can't understand how such a thing could have happened, I don't know what would be the best thing to do. rpeh •TCE 05:30, 9 May 2010 (UTC)

This same thing has happened to me. The first time I came across one of those trap thingys it killed me so I had to reload, which happened to be inside the house right before I went down the sewers. After reloading and going down the trap door, there was Tadera all alive and stuff. Another weird thing I noticed about her was that I could only check her body once, get the journal update and then it wouldn't let me check her stuff again. Nothing much but it would seem to me to indicate she has something special about her. I will keep her alive, skipping out on the journal entry, to see what happens. Well, Golena was still there. She still had the mace on her, as well as her infinitely re-supplying arrows. On my way back out Tadera was still there as well, although she still had nothing to say (only topic for me was Solstheim). Alvan reacted pretty much the same, still believing Tadera to be dead. All in all, I'd say this minor glitch doesn't seem to affect anything.

It happened to me at least twice. In fact, I'm looking at her right now, alive and well down in the sewer. Yes, I talked to the enchanter and heard all of his dialog. The only dialog option I have with Andules is "Solstheim". This happened at least once before, and I just went past her and finished the quest as usual. Fought Golena and got the mace and the rest of her gear. Can't say as to whether or not I got the journal entry ending the quest or not... but who cares what the journal says as long as you have the reward (the mace).
