Trigger?

I've been playing my game in Xbox GOTY, when I finaly traveled to Mournhold for the 1st time I noticed Bakh gro-Sham is no where to be found. I've noticed Bakh is'nt the only NPC missing, Eno Romari, a cult member; that is supposed to be walking around the outside is'nt there aswell. I have'nt done anything in the Tribunal quest passed getting there. My question is are these NPCs Triggered to appear as I progress in the story? I fear the worst, that my game is glitched somehow. --Zkooma 19:20, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

Both of those NPCs only appear when their related quests are at the right stage so there's no problem. rpeh •T•C•E• 15:37, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
