Easter Egg?[edit]

Does the chest found underneath the docks count as an easter egg? --SerCenKing Talk 07:26, 11 April 2009 (EDT)

It's close, but I don't think so. Per the definition of an easter egg, I think it misses points 3 and 5. It sort of misses point 1 too given that it's referenced in a rumor. –RpehTCE 08:29, 11 April 2009 (EDT)

Sic Tag On Altmer?[edit]

Why does Dupineon have a sic tag on the word Altmer, in "I'm Dupineon, I live with the Stirks. I don't care about what anyone says about Altmer [sic], I am no traitor to the Empire"? Since talking about himself and he's an Altmer, isn't that supposed to be there?--TheAlbinoOrcany_questions? 14:15, 9 September 2010 (UTC)

Good question... it certainly doesn't need it. rpeh •TCE 14:20, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
I think it does. I mean, to me "I don't care about what anyone says about THE Altmer" sounds definitely more correct than "I don't care about what anyone says about Altmer". I may be wrong, but that's why I added the sic tag in the first place. --SerCenKing Talk 14:33, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
Ah, gotcha. It's a subtle one, but I think either would be correct. If you say "The Altmer", he would be referring to the race; if you just say "Altmer", it's referring to members of his race. Consider other plural nouns: "I don't care what anyone else says about sheep", for instance, compared to "I don't care what anyone else says about the sheep". Slightly different but it might help. Or not! rpeh •TCE 15:37, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
Ok then. Since it doesn't seem to matter and the sic tag caused confusion, we might as well remove it. --SerCenKing Talk 15:46, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
