Quick Walkthrough

1. (Optional) Talk to Reynard Valtienne.
2. Talk to Relam Indoran in his cell.
3. Retrieve his sister's sword.
4. Kill Reynard and Sabine.

Detailed Walkthrough

When entering Ruinous Keep you will be greeted by two necromancers Reynard and Sabine who are happy to have guests stay, and will even tell you of the last guest who is locked in a cell downstairs. Speaking with Relam Indoran in his cell he will tell you the horrors of what they do to him, and that they even caused his sister Dilavesa Indoran to take her own life. He will ask you to retrieve her sword Dilavesa's Ebony Katana from her body which is still laying in her cell and to help him escape. When searching her body she will be reanimated and attack, after killing her retrieve the sword.

The cell has a level 75 lock, however the key can be found on the Skeleton Jailer. Once you have retrieved the sword and opened Relam's cell you can choose to fight by his side or prepare for battle. If you need time to prepare for the upcoming fight, tell him that you need to prepare. The second you tell him you are ready, Reynard and Sabine will come and attack.

Sabine is an immortal lich who is immune to magic and 50% resistant to weapons. She will also recover her health when injured unless you smash Sabine's Locket, which is held by Reynard. Reynard is a Breton Necromancer who is immune to weapons and 50% resistant to magic. Once they have both been killed Relam will thank you for your help.

30		When I entered the great hall of the keep in the Sundered Scar, I was greeted by its occupants, a Necromancer named Reynard Valtienne and his wife Sabine, a Lich. Oddly enough the couple seems friendly.
40		In the prisons of the keep in the Sundered Scar I found Relam Indoran and the body of his sister. He described the horrors they had been through, and asked me to retrieve his sister's armor and weapon, so that he could use it to help me defeat the necromancers.
50		When I touched the body of Dilavesa Indoran, she was reanimated and attacked me, possessed by mindless bloodlust. I had no choice but to strike down the abomination that she had become. Relam seems even more distressed than he was before.
60		I was able to talk some sense back into Relam, and he is now ready to join me in confronting the necromancers. He asked me to tell his superiors in Almalexia of his sister's, and, should he not survive, his own demise.
70	Finishes quest	The necromancers of Sundered Scar are dead.
71		Relam Indoran thanked me for ending the threat of the necromancers. If I ever visit the city of Almalexia I should see his commander at the Offices of War at the Ordinator stronghold.
