Opens a locked door or chest. The magnitude is the level of lock that can be opened with the spell. Note that this does NOTnot disarm any traps - for that you will still need to use a [[Morrowind:Thieves Tools|probe.]] Oror -[[Morrowind:Telekinesis|Telekinesis]] asto a mage- you'd be better off casting telekinesis; settingset off the safelytrap from a distancesafe awaydistance.
