Random Mission Targets[edit]

Alright I'm not quite sure how to format this into the article but I had this quest a few times during my playthrough and I noticed it isnt alwasy a Traveling Merchant. I've atleast got a Traveling Bard. Anybody who had has a little more experiencing editing quests might want to try to find a way to offer to display that it could be either. I've gone ahead and altered the article. I also removed the location for now since that may be radiant as well. ABCface 05:05, 29 June 2012 (UTC)
Thats not the only thing that's random, Garan Marethi gave me this quest. --SamGhadiali 06:52, 30 June 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for the info, I verified that he's a second possible questgiver for this quest and have added it to the page. ABCface 22:32, 2 July 2012 (UTC)

Target Spawned inside Honeyside[edit]

I dont own that house. :( 71.168.84.28 01:41, 28 February 2013 (GMT)

Old topic, but same here. I'm going to have to buy Honeyside to get any more Volkihar sidequests. Vanilla AE. 86.177.212.169 13:48, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
And upon buying the house the target was out in the main town worldspace. The lock on the door was apparently the only reason they weren't out in the open already. 86.177.212.169 14:00, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
Since it's been reported twice (albeit many years apart), I've added a note to the article to reflect this. Thanks for the info! — Wolfborn(Howl) 20:29, 22 March 2024 (UTC)

Any other ways?[edit]

Are there any other ways to go about doing this? Such as, using vampire's seduction or a spell of some sort? And at what level will the persuasion/intimidation speech check work? or are they random? I am only wondering. Any input would be nice. I0brendan0 (talk) 21:15, 17 March 2014 (GMT)

I've added the persuasion value to the page. I can't do the same for intimidation, since it depends on both Speech and level. Robin Hood  (talk) 21:44, 17 March 2014 (GMT)
Thanks! This will help more people than just me. Is there a table or something that can calculate the intimidation for a player? I0brendan0 (talk)
I'm not aware of any. I suspect the mechanics are internal to the game, so someone would have to do a lot of testing to figure it out. Robin Hood  (talk) 18:05, 18 March 2014 (GMT)
