Quest Marker[edit]

According to the article text, you get a quest marker after speaking to the distraught soul, but I don't have one, even with the Miscellaneous Quest selected. Does anyone else? If so, what exactly did you do to get it? Robin Hoodtalk 03:18, 25 September 2012 (GMT)

I didn't get one either, meant to ask about it but forgot. So you're not the only one. — ABCface 03:27, 25 September 2012 (GMT)
Looking at the CK, I can see a quest stage (100) and objective that should give you a map marker, but I don't see anything that actually activates that stage. I wanted to check with others, though, cuz it's easy to miss coding for quests sometimes. Robin Hoodtalk 04:09, 25 September 2012 (GMT)
Well, I missed at least one thing: when you get close to the skull, it's scripted to activate the stage with the map marker...which seems kinda dumb, since you're in seeing distance of it anyway. Not only that, but it's a nice bright purple structure...the kind of thing that you tend to want go see what's in it. Robin Hoodtalk 06:01, 25 September 2012 (GMT)

Arvak's Skull bug[edit]

I don't think it is a bug, as I still have the skull but its drop able as if its not a quest item. Maybe it was meant for something but the scripting was removed or not completed?--Dro'Bakha (talk) 01:03, 26 October 2012 (GMT)

Removal of the Soul Cairn Horse Quest journal log[edit]

I still have the quest to find Arvak's Skull and deliver it, however I have already found the skull and delivered it and received the spell he provides. Using console commands, how do I remove this entry from my log completely? — Unsigned comment by 98.165.157.61 (talk) at 18:25 on 6 December 2012‎

More specific directions to find Arvak's Skull?[edit]

The present directions seem very vague, and Mistmen can appear anywhere, at nearly any shrine (or anything resembling a shrine). I've found it once, but only by zigzagging the entire eastern side of the map repeatedly. Can someone give better directions? VycDarkshadow (talk) 06:14, 14 December 2012 (GMT)
