Ebony Perking[edit]

I seem to remember (particularly because it was surprising) that Savior's Hide is "perked" by Ebony in the smithing tree. I can't confirm as I'm playing on xbox and don't have any previous saves prior to perking Ebony. If someone else can add a confirmation to this, shouldn't the info be added to this page? It is light armour that is upgraded with Leather, so I do not see why you would need to have the Ebony Perk. — Kimi the Elf (talk | contribs) 00:40, 20 March 2012 (UTC)
Yes, the Ebony Smithing perk doubles the improvement; that information wasn't transferred over from the artifacts page in the reorg, but I've added it now. The perk that improves tempering has nothing to do with the what you use to temper the item. It is dictated by the material listed in the item's keywords, which in the case of Savior's Hide is ArmorMaterialEbony, meaning that the Ebony Smithing perk is the one that matters. --NepheleTalk 02:50, 20 March 2012 (UTC)

Savior"s Hide[edit]

The Hide can presently be updated with the Advanced Armor Skill.
