Leveled

It's not leveled. Like most weapon enchantments it is affected by various perks from skill trees. In this case I suspect Necromage from the Restoration tree. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 04:08, 25 December 2013 (GMT)

Experimentation shows that it is the Augmented Flames perk from Destruction. The level increases to 16 for (1/2) and 19 for (2/2) selections of that perk. --Alfwyn (talk) 17:02, 2 January 2014 (GMT)
