Easter Egg

I don't think so. Her armour is just one of the fur armours and she walks around normally for me. She just looks like your average skimpy dressed barbarian girl. You might be better asking on the Dragonborn Easter Eggs Talkpage — Kimi the Elf ^{(talk | contribs)} 09:32, 26 March 2013 (GMT)

Can be befriended

I think it's probably automatic after visiting Frostmoon Crag as a werewolf. I had a Dawnguard Rescue mission with Rakel as the target, which means she's a friend, and that's the only interaction I had with her.
