Barred door?[edit]

When you first enter the underground portion of Morvunskar, to the right of the room where you find the forge there is a door that is barred from behind. I've cleared the whole place and have not found a path/way to get into that room. Any hints? Oshaugm 01:55, 23 December 2011 (UTC)

Yes, there's a lead from the dungeon section where you find Naris the Wicked and the burnt corpses back up to this door.-WalB 20:32, 23 December 2011 (UTC)

Portal Remaining Bug[edit]

The current bug note says "The portal to Misty Grove does not close after you finish A Night To Remember." Does anyone know if that always happens, or just sometimes? I just finished the quest, and on return to Morvunskar, the portal was gone. (Oddly, Sanguine was hanging around in the room the portal used to be in, but that's a separate issue.) I'm wondering if it's something that was fixed by the 1.4 patch. Otherwise, it looks like the bug is not universal. EmmBee 07:56, 5 March 2012 (UTC)

Trouble in Skyrim[edit]

I was sent here on a Companion quest, should it be added to the page? --Sencilia 09:02, 16 April 2012 (UTC)

If that's the case, it should be added, but are you sure it was Trouble in Skyrim? That's one of the few radiant Companions quests which actually lists all possible locations, and this one isn't listed. There are several other radiant Companions quests which can send you to any number of locations, so it's possible it was a different quest. This one lists this location as one of the possible locations, but it could be one of the others as well. I wouldn't want to add information the page unless we know it's correct. It definitely says "Kill the leader of Morvunskar" then "Report back to Farkas" under "Trouble in Skyrim". --Sencilia 11:06, 17 April 2012 (UTC)
If it's definitely the right quest, then yes, it should be added. Thanks for checking, I'll go ahead and do add it. ABCface 20:19, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

Magic graphics effects crashing the game[edit]

I added this as a bug. It happens quite regularly especially with lower end computers and graphics cards, but is it a bug??? Sniffles (talk) 14:22, 27 September 2012 (GMT)

It possibly could be, but it is more likely due to having a low end computer that struggles to handle all of the magic effects that are going on. The thing is, if your computer runs out of RAM while running Skyrim, it will crash and this may be the cause of this issue. --Blackpete (talk) 01:41, 24 October 2013 (GMT)

Bug?[edit]

Why is Sanguiune roaming the halls considered a bug? To me it seems like it was that way on purpose.--Catmaniac66 (talk) 15:52, 2 December 2012 (GMT)

Because he's unkillable and possibly hostile, and has seemingly no reason to be there. It screams bug, IMO. —Legoless (talk) 18:54, 2 December 2012 (GMT)
This is addressed by the USKP 2.0, so that he is disabled from the game after completing "A Night to Remember." --Blackpete (talk) 05:33, 23 October 2013 (GMT)

Even though you can't get rid of Sanguine, you can "have some fun" with him: if you have Dragonborn Fire Breath (whereby a Fire Wyrm is summoned if you kill someone with the Fire Breath Shout - see Epistolary Acumen) - then using the shout successfully on some of his attackers means the Fire Wyrms will pursue him round the room once he has killed all his opponents. the more Fire Wyrms the more agitated he becomes. Childish but amusing? --Upstartthread97 (talk) 21:45, 24 May 2020 (GMT)

Moved from Notes[edit]

Moved from Notes:

If you’re sent here by Gunmar to kill a Volkihar Master Vampire for the Dawnguard, sneak through to where he is and do that first or he’ll fall through the floor and glitch the quest

Looks like something that should go in the Bugs section, not the Notes section.

Wasn't formatted for bullet list, which is standard format for either Notes or Bugs.

Needs confirmation.

Leaving it here in case a more experienced editor wants to add it to the Bugs section appropriately formatted.
