Bride of Stendarr

Is it just me or can anyone else see Meridia as the bride of Stendarr. When you think about they are actually quite similar. They both despise the Undead and are involved with militant factions for specifically this purpose. So their goals might align and Stendarr could perhaps be taken by Meridia's beauty - she is after all always depicted as a beautiful woman.
