The linked page (Skyrim:Irkngthand) does not have the section referred to. Indeed, the page doesn't even mention the Arcanex.

In case you didn't see the edit summaries when your changes to these Irkngthand redirects were reverted, they were reverted because the link is for the zone within that location, not for a random header from the quest page. As noted by the {{wip}} tag on the Irkngthand page, that article is currently undergoing a revamp, so it's just a matter of time before the wanted sections will be on that location page. — ABCface^◥ 02:27, 3 October 2012 (GMT)
