The damage displayed in the infobox is its base damage, whereas a weapon's real damage depends on several other factors, such as your relevant weapon skill. The picture itself is flagged for cleanup, and thus the UI elements will eventually be removed. Wolok gro-Barok 17:21, 7 April 2012 (UTC)

Does Proventus ever deliver the sword to Balgruuf?

I waited around for like twelve hours; but Proventus didn't give the sword to Balgruuf. In fact, after a while he actually started WEARING it, like it was his! I feel like this should go in the article, as a bit of amusing trivia.

I think he does. Don't know if it's a patch or a mod, and I would have to specifically verify, but IIRC there's a display case in Balgruuf's bedroom with the sword in it that is not there before you do the quest. I mean, the whole display case isn't there, not just the sword. However, I wouldn't expect that Bethesda has programmed a "handing-over dialogue". 109.43.112.147 12:49, 26 November 2022 (UTC)
