Deep Freeze Perk

Anyone know if this spell is affected by Deep Freeze? I'm playing on the 360 so I don't have a great testing environment. I've not seen it cause deep freeze yet but I may just be killing things too quickly. — Unsigned comment by 72.38.227.226 (talk) at 21:09 on 3 January 2013‎

While working on a magic system overhaul mod for the PC, I've discovered that no, this spell is not affected by the Deep Freeze perk. It is also not affected by the Augmented Frost perk. And, even stranger, the spell only does half damage to Stamina instead of the full damage to Stamina that all frost spells are supposed to do. --Lobotomy 98.232.179.32 16:39, 24 January 2014 (GMT)

None of the Rune or cloak spells are affected by those perks, so it might not be a bug. It could be intentional, as could the less stamina damage. Jeancey (talk) 18:33, 24 January 2014 (GMT)
