Speechcraft

Ok. So my Amulet of Dibella says fortify SPEECH CRAFT, rather than fortify Persuasion. I actually only clicked on the link here being curious as to what the difference in between the two effects, if in fact there is one, and why is it that two different names are used for what seems to be the same thing? For all intents and purposes Fortify Persuasion is Fortify Speechcraft, as there is no fortify speechcraft in the game. There is an almost duplicate Fortify Barter. I would imagine the barter extra was added due to some of the very high prices that items, especially enchanted ones, can cost early in the game.
