Stormcloaks return[edit]

When I cleared this fort, it was taken over by Stormcloaks when I returned a few days later. Sakkura 23:34, 21 November 2011 (UTC)

Mages Respawn[edit]

Unlike Sakkura, I've accidentally returned to Fort Amol a long time after clearing it (saw it by the road and though it was an unexplored one). The mages had respawned, and so did the loot, even the armour on the Stormcloak corpses. — Unsigned comment by 178.148.13.115 (talk) at 07:15 on 26 November 2011

I cleared it the first time but it wasn't marked as Cleared on the map. I just cleared it a second time (some loot respawned; some didn't) and still it's not marked as so on the map. 71.132.201.220 09:09, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
Yup, same case on my gameplay session. The fort is cleared of any mages before, but the next time (several in-game days I believe) the mages are back there. No Stormcloak takeover whatsoever. XtremeRampage 14:19, 24 December 2011 (UTC)

Nearby Mill[edit]

Mixwater Mill, a lumbermill, is located directly across the river from Fort Amol. 68.127.231.210 01:51, 28 November 2011 (UTC)

Clipping[edit]

In the article, it mentions that an alchemy table can be found outside. However, when I checked it, the table was in the middle of a workbench. It was clipping through the bench, but they both still worked. Next to them were two chests that also partially clipped to eachother. I am playing the XBOX 360 version and on my first arrival at the fort, it was already occupied by Stormcloaks. Maybe that has something to do with it? Reversinator 15:00, 26 May 2012 (UTC)

It's a known bug, and yes, it's related to the fort being occupied. Robin Hoodtalk 21:59, 22 June 2012 (UTC)

fort amol glitch[edit]

I killed everyone in fort amol and nothing respawned THEN i started the quest where u need to clear it out and its stuck at 100% and nothing is respawning, thus dead ending the quest line.... please anyone help? — Unsigned comment by 71.221.66.242 (talk) at 05:13 on 27 May 2012

Try loading a save back at camp and walking to the fort. This is the only solution posted on any of the battle for... quests. The Silencer has spokenTalk 04:30, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

Detect life shows two (non-hostile) people in an inaccessible part of the fort[edit]

To the left of the prison door; after I cleared out the prison section, they disappeared (although that was possibly just because I'd left the area). 58.6.187.149 23:13, 24 October 2012 (GMT)

bound bow spell tomb missing[edit]

So I created a new character and wanted the bound bow so i went to the fort and the spell time wasn't there — Unsigned comment by 174.241.224.56 (talk) at 09:16 on 13 June 2013

Spell Tome is not present for me either goign back to the prison after unfiying Skyrim. Gonna look in the CK, see if I can see why.Vainamoinen -Talk -Stuff 01:31, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
Can confirm is because of a mod. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but... it's the USKP itself... Vainamoinen -Talk -Stuff 02:57, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
I see it both with and without the USKP enabled. How did you test? Robin Hood  (talk) 16:08, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
