Living?

The page says they are dead, but I stumbled on a living one near Fort Dawguard. He was aggressive, and unlike these he was properly armed, with iron/steel equipment and dwarven weapon. This page deals with the dead ones. There are a few NPCs that spawn just named for their race, check the World Interactions page for an event that looks like the one you found (such as Aggressive Adventurer) for them. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 18:34, 27 March 2014 (GMT)

Can't find

Female dark elf at unmarked bandit camp. Went to exact spot using the map link to find it. There was no dark elf to be found, nor a bandit camp, nor the "lunar lorkhan" book labled on the map.
