Gather intelligence from two Remnants regarding the whereabouts of Rakeed. One should be found behind the Miner's Barracks in Karthwasten. The other should be waiting for you in front of Vilemyr Inn in Ivarstead. They will respond to the phrase, "The ravens take flight once more."
