Quest Giver

From some of the text when you talk to Fedar about the whistle, it seems like it might be possible that he also could be a quest giver for this, sending you to Nikolvara's Kennel in the first place, but I am not sure. — Unsigned comment by Anghara (talk • contribs) at 22:51 on 13 December 2015‎ (UTC)

That's correct. He can be found wandering the road outside Orsinium, and will offer you this quest. I assume it's probably the intended path to take, since he's so close to the entrance to Wrothgar. —Legoless (talk) 23:38, 13 December 2015 (UTC)

Quick walkthrough?

The walkthrough is different depending on if you got the quest from Fedar or got it from the backpack in the delve. If you did *not* get it from Fedar, he is NOT named in the objectives - you're simply told to go to Orsinium to find a buyer. Is it giving too much away to name him in the quick walkthrough, since you wouldn't know his name until you get there? Personally, I always got the quest in-delve; you usually find the place before you get to Orsinium by following the markers for the Wrecked quest - so I'd guess most folks get this quest from the bag, not from Fedar. —Anghara (talk) 02:11, 8 January 2016 (UTC)

I assume the quest marker leads you to Fedar either way though, correct? If so I don't see the harm in mentioning his name in the quick walkthrough. I've tweaked it and noted that talking to him initially is optional (although I might add that I found Fedar without ever entering the city, and the zone's introductory quest even leads you in his direction). —Legoless (talk) 02:17, 8 January 2016 (UTC)
