Questions about inclusions[edit]

Two questions. First, should we separate the DLC-only sets from this list somehow? That includes:

Bahraha's Curse, Briarheart, Flanking Strategist, Hide of Morihaus, Mark of the Pariah, Sithis' Touch, Syvarra's Scales, Trinimac's Valor, and Twin Sisters

If anything, they should probably be in separate tables for each of the DLCs they come from.

Second, we seem to have lost a fair number of sets. The following are not listed on any of the current pages:

Adroitness, Agility, Akatosh's Blessed Armor, Archer's Mind, Armor of Rage, Armor of the Construct, Arms of Infernace, Arms of the Ancestors, The Brute, Burning Spellweave, Destruction Suite, Dreugh King Slayer, Elegance, Embershield, Endurance, Fasalla's Guile, Footman's Fortune, Healer's Habit, The Ice Furnace, Knightmare, Kyne's Flight, Leki's Focus, Lord's Mail, Magicka Furnace, Marksman's Crest, Nightshade, Nikulas' Heavy Armor, Oblivion's Edge, Relics of the Physician, Ansur, Relics of the Rebellion, Robes of Destruction Mastery, Robes of the Necromancer, Robes of Transmutation, Sanctuary, Savior's Hide, Scathing Mage, Serpent's Spirit, Shroud of the Lich, Shrouded Armor, Skirmisher's Bite, Sunderflame, Treasures of the Earthforge, Unassailable, Vestments of the Warlock, Vicious Death, Viper's Sting, Warrior's Fury, Willpower

I know at least some of those can be random drops. Are these supposed to be in the not-yet-created Dungeons Sets page? — TheRealLurlock (talk) 15:40, 11 September 2016 (UTC)

I might be separating the sets by zone soon, so the first point should be resolved. The other sets you listed, most of them are dungeon sets; some are actually listed on the Arena and PVP set pages. A few more (like Elegance) have also had their name changed, so until I move the page the info won't appear yet. Sorry for the confusion. Contraptions (talk) 16:07, 11 September 2016 (UTC)

Is "Overland" an official term?[edit]

Just checking, because I was curious if these sets could also be found in Delves and other interior locations within their respective zones? And if so, maybe we should find a better word for them, maybe "Zone Sets" or something. Also - can jewelry and all weapon types be found for every Overland Set? Because that certainly wasn't the case before. Many sets did not have jewelry or had just rings or amulets but not both, and many sets had a limited selection of weapons if any at all. Some were also available on only some armor slots for their given weight. Is that no longer the case? Because if it is, the "Armor Weights" column should be changed back to "Item Types" to clarify that. — TheRealLurlock (talk) 21:02, 13 September 2016 (UTC)

Yes, Overland is the official term. I think they do drop in the Delves though, so it would certainly be worth mentioning that somewhere given the discrepancy with the name. Apparently "Item Sets will now drop for every item slot", so I take that to mean that you can now get jewellery and weapons for sets that didn't used to have them, as well as armour for all slots. The only exceptions are Agility, Endurance, and Willpower, which still seem to be only jewellery. --Enodoc (talk) 22:18, 13 September 2016 (UTC)

Locations[edit]

I already mentioned this on their specific pages, but Ranger's Gait and Wilderqueen's Arch are listed under zones that do not match what their specific pages say. I'm not sure what the correct information is. Midnightq2 (talk) 05:55, 4 March 2017 (UTC)

The former is Grahtwood, the latter is Greenshade. KINMUNETALK﴿ 06:59, 4 March 2017 (UTC)

Vanilla Drops[edit]

I feel like we need a version of Online:Overland Sets/Vanilla Drops for DLC, or a way to modify it for the DLC. I'm not sure how we would word the bit about Dark Anchors, can anyone assist with that? Oath2order (talk) 17:38, 11 July 2021 (UTC)

And where does the jewelry drop in the Zones (Clockwork City, Dragonhold, etc). Oath2order (talk) 13:53, 15 July 2021 (UTC)
Using this as my source, I'm going to edit the page to say "Public dungeon bosses drop shoulders, hands and weapons (In zones without public dungeons these drop for other mentioned sources)" and "Dark Anchors and chests drop rings and necklaces (In zones without Dark Anchors these drop in trials and arenas)", unless otherwise told not to, this is fair warning now.
