Level requirement

Before the Morrowind update early access, this quest did nave a level 6 requirement. After early access began, I was able to do the quest before level 6 by speaking with the quest givers. I don't know how much earlier, but I completed it on two characters at level 5, one in AD and one in DC, and I got the jack of all trades achievement each time. However, even after doing this certification quest, I still could not accept writs until level 6, which is the way it worked before the update. This was not mentioned in the Patch notes as a change, so it may be a bug, but neither has yet been confirmed, as it is so soon after the game has been patched.

It seems that where you can do the quests has also changed, as I've done them in Alinor and Vivec City, too. I am unsure what triggers where you start doing them or why. — Unsigned comment by 70.124.220.122 (talk) at 02:26 on 5 April 2022 (UTC)

quest complete
