Uulgarg the Risen is an undead skeleton who serves as a mini-boss in Wayrest Sewers II. He is the reanimated corpse of Uulgarg the Hungry, an Orc enemy from the first version of the dungeon. He has a chance to drop either Ring of the Risen or Uulgarg's Bones.
