She can be found in conversation with Olivier Reynaud, who is trying to convince her to jump:

When spoken to, she says:

"Watch out for the workers and the warriors! They're always trying to ruin our fun!"

If you Erudil has sent you to help Selynia, she'll instead say:

"Hello! Come to join in my adventures? Or maybe you mean to scold me like the mean old workers. I hope not.
I could use a new playmate! Torchbug's fun, but a little strange."

Return after gathering a spider and the little Scrib will still be plucking up her courage, but the Torchbug is not happy to see you:

Yes, you were under the influence of an illusion enchantment. Erudil sent me to help you.
