  1. Receive instructions from Ordinator Tilena.
  2. Enter the Apogee of the Tormenting Eye.
  3. Gather 3 Perfect Dremnaken Teeth.
  4. Return to Ordinator Tilena.

Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

Make your way to Apogee of the Tormenting Eye in Apocrypha. Your task is to make your way through the delve to gather 3 Perfect Dremnaken Teeth. Use the quest markers to narrow the area to search.

After that, return to Ordinator Tilena for your reward.
