Defeat Fight-Master Grel and his adepts at Sanguine's Demesne.

The Sanguine's Group Event takes place in the northwestern-most chamber of Sanguine's Demesne. You will see a group of several Banekin fighting each other in the pit. When you kill them, Fight-Master Grel will appear to challenge you, along with his adepts: Grel's Resolve and Grel's Retribution. Grel's Resolve is a healer, so you'll probably want to take him out first. Once you defeat all three, you'll receive this achievement and a Skill Point.
