Rulzik is an Argonian who can be found in Stonewastes after you have slain Warlord Naxhosa and driven out the Sharp-Eyes.

Quest-Related Events[edit]
As you head back to the village after leaving Stonewastes Keep, you will hear the village celebrating as you approach:
- Uur: "They did it! The bandits flee!"
- Desh-tei: "The village belongs to us again. Sing for the Winds."
- Rulzik: "Sun, bless the Winds. They freed us."
When spoken to, she says:
- "I'm … so tired. But, we're free. I plan to wallow in the mud and then bake in the sun. A delightful celebration."
