Relvic Vashi is a Dark Elf warrior who was invited to Orsinium and while escorting an Orc supply caravan beyond the Merchant's Gate was wounded in the Winterborn ambush.
When spoken to, he'll say:
- "The Winterborn kept shouting "For Ice-Heart! For Ice-Heart!" Must be their warlord or something, I guess."
- "That's the last time... I accept... an invitation from... an Orc..."
- "The lead wagons were full of Orc peasants. They never stood a chance."
- "Damn Reachmen! The cowards ambushed us!"
