The Reliquary of Dark Designs is obtained by completing "The Gray Council", the prologue quest for Markarth.

Effect

A reliquary urn is placed on the ground before the player and an illusory Stone Husk will appear on a red sigil. After a few seconds the Husk will crumble and disappear.
