Matron Grygarsnit is the hagraven matron of the Thornroot Clan who can be found at Dead Crone Overlook within Briar Rock Ruins. She is surrounded by dead Reachmen. During combat she will resurrect them as Briarheart Brutes and Briarheart Wildlings to aid her in fight.

When you arrive, she'll say:

Whenever she resurrects Reachfolk as Briarheart Brutes or Briarheart Wildlings :
