Defeat all encounters in addition to Maligalig, Sarydil, and Varallion after placing the Challenge Banner in Veteran Coral Aerie within 25 minutes without suffering a group member death. Your timer starts upon engaging the first group of enemies.

Land, Air, and Sea Supremacy is awarded for defeating all encounters as well as every boss in Coral Aerie at the Veteran difficulty level within 25 minutes of starting the dungeon, without anyone in the group dying, after raising the challenge banners for each boss. This does not require defeating any of secret bosses but defeating them does not disqualify earning the achievement, unlike Tentacless Triumph.
