She can be found in person in the Nightollow Keep, soon after witnessing the first vision. During combat she may speak following lines:

Lady Rhainne: "Do you hear? The sound is faint but constant! The Dark Heart stirs!"

Lady Rhainne: "Oh the Dark Heart will reward me for giving it your soul!"

When dying she will also speak her last words:

Lady Rhainne: "No! Death cannot claim the Nighthollow!"

As you delve deeper inside the Nighthollow Keep with Count Verandis Ravenwatch you can observe visions from the past. Rhainne appears in one of them. During the second vision in the Nighthollow Suite, she can be observed talking with Lady Belain and Lord Idrisin:

Lord Idrisin: "We broke through. The way to the Dark Heart is open. "

Lady Belain: "But the Heart falters. Something is wrong."

Lady Rhainne: "The damn Dwarves! If they depleted its energy … ."
