Kentosh gro-Garbug is an Orc commoner who can be found at the Alliance Supply Depot, just outside the northeast gate of Wayrest.
During the Dragon Rise event, he cowers and runs inside the Gardner House and disappears [verification needed — event specific?] when a dragon flies across the bay and towards the city.
