Hand of the Mistress is awarded for completing two quests relating to the Mistress Dratha in Vos and Tel Mora. The quests you will need to complete are:
- Reclaiming Vos: Investigate the new Telvanni magistrate of Vos.
- At Any Cost: Take steps to help Mistress Dratha beat death.
