Quest-Related Events

While finding the missing Alliance leaders on Amenos, you will learn that Prince Irnskar was captured by the Green Serpents and taken to the Old Coin Fort. High King Emeric will pretend to be your prisoner, so you can be let into the fort:

Green Serpent Sentry(One): "They captured one of the nobles! You, bring that prisoner inside at once!"

Green Serpent Sentry (Two): "Sentry! Unlock the gate!"

<The gate slowly unlocks.>

Once inside, the next part of the plan will begin, walking forward, Emeric will want you to follow his lead:

High King Emeric: "I'll draw the Serpents out. Be ready."

High King Emeric: "Hands off, you bastard!"

Green Serpent Sentry: "That's one of the nobles Deesh-Jee wants! Unlock the gate and grab him!"

High King Emeric: "High King Emeric is no one's prisoner!"

<The Green Serpents approach.>

High King Emeric: "Steady, my friend …."

High King Emeric: "Attack!"

Fight off the Green Serpents and enter the fort proper.
