A Frost Archer

Frost Archers are a class of hostile, humanoid NPCs introduced in Dragonhold who attack using ranged abilities. They are usually equipped with a bow, and their arrows are infused with ice.

Skills and Abilities

Quick Shot

A basic ranged attack that deals frost damage.

Ice Spray

The archer draws back their bow as a cone appears in front of them. After 1.5 seconds, they let their bow string loose, firing shards of ice in the designated conal radius.

Freezing Ground

The archer shoots an arrow that explodes on contact with the ground, leaving a large zone covered with ice, indicated by a circular AoE, dealing constant damage and snaring you.

Winter's Reach

The enemy unleashes an icy whirlwind in the direction it is facing. This whirlwind does moderate frost damage and roots all players that it hits. The root effect passes through block, but it can be escaped by roll dodging.

Ice Barrier

The enemy summons an Ice Barrier that absorbs projectiles fired at it until destroyed. The caster cannot be pulled if the wall stands between them and the enemy. The player should move so that there is a clear line of sight between themselves and the enemy.
