Forven Tobor is a Dark Elf mage and member of House Telvanni who can be found upstairs in his house in Tel Mora. He reads upstairs for a while and occasionally heads downstairs to loiter, looking at himself in the mirror. He will attack you if he finds you trespassing and uses frost mage abilities. He has no unique dialogue.
Bugs[edit]
- Killing him with the Blade of Woe while he is looking in the mirror can cause you to clip through it and get stuck behind the mirror and dresser. ?
