Style pages drop from Zelvraak the Unbreathing as of Update 36. The entire style is also be available for purchase from the Crown Store for 050005,000 Crowns starting that day. It was discounted to 045004,500 Crowns for ESO Plus members from November 27 to December 4, 2023 and then removed from the Crown Store.
