Darwish is a Redguard commoner who can be found in Port Hunding. He leans against a wall of the fountain south of Port Hunding's Open Marketplace. He is considering professing his love to Seyrena. He has unique ambient dialogue.

He sounds miserable.
- Darwish: "Just ask her, fool. Approach and say, "Seryna [sic], marry you?" Oh, curse it!"
- Darwish: "She loves me, I know she does. I think. Divines—I am going mad!"
- Darwish: "Why so much fear? She's just a woman … who may break my heart and ruin my life."
- Darwish: "I should just drown myself and end this misery."
