If not:

Blademaster Sai Sahan requests your presence. A Dragon nests on a nearby island, and he believes it will attack Senchal. he requires your aid to slay the beast before it can strike against the city."

"Blademaster Sai Sahan is near Senchal's palace, at the center of the city. Last we spoke, he was trying to secure an audience with someone in the palace. I'm not certain why.
Will you meet with him?"

All right. I'll go find Sai Sahan.

"Thank you. Blademaster Sai Sahan awaits you near Senchal's palace.
I wish I could join your hunt. Unfortunately, I still have many years of training at the Abbey of Blades. The time has not yet come for my own adventures."

She can then be asked about herself before moving on:
