The Cliffs of Failure

The Cliffs of Failure is a battlefield in eastern Coldharbour, north of the Court of Contempt. They serve as the playground of the Observer, Molag Bal's game master. Here, servants who have failed Molag Bal are pitted against each other for eternity in a hopeless bid to regain his favor.

The Cave of Trophies is located near the portal to the cliffs.

Notes

• For unexplained reasons, the Veiled Heritance is the only faction out of the three present in the cliffs whose members are soul-shriven.
• While the Observer says you are no longer allowed to participate in the games near the end of the quest chain, after completing it and clearing the location, the portals leading to the Cliffs of Failure remain active for you to use if desired.
• The faction you side with during the quest chain becomes neutral towards you during and after the quest.
