Alli Dren is a Dark Elf patron of the Brooding Elf Inn in Quarantine Serk. She is married to Urynnar Dren, and is afflicted with the Llodos Plague. After Quest For the Cure is complete, she wakes up and sits in the chair her husband was in.

She does not speak until she wakes up after Quest For the Cure.

- Her husband Urynnar Dren is also married to Alicon Dren. It's possible this was an oversight, as Alli Dren has the same character model as Alicon. They may be the same person.
