Alasan's Soul has a wraith-like and spectral appearance and is what Alasan was transformed into after disrupting the ritual to turn him into a lich.

Quest-Related Events

When you place the reforged Ansei Ward on the shrine, Alasan's Soul will appear above it. Ansei Maja will prevent him from escaping as you use the Ward to trap him.

Alasan's Soul: "You have meddled with my affairs long enough. It is time to end this."

<Ansei Maja then appears with her arms crossed.>

Ansei Maja: "Yes. The time has come to end this. This evil."

Alasan's Soul: "What are you doing here? Your ward is broken, Ansei! You are no threat to me!"

<A bubble of blue light appears around Alasan as Maja stops him.>

Ansei Maja: "Now! Take the ward and use it to trap Alasan!"

<You raise the Ward in front of you.>

Alasan's Soul: "No! What are you doing? No!"

The soul is then sucked into the Ansei Ward.
