Rewritten bug[edit]

  • With Battlehorn Castle installed, selling items to Nilphas Omellian, that Velus would normally carry, results in the same items appearing in his inventory.

This version implies he is immune to the mercantile journeyman perk, I just checked it and this is not the case. Does anyone else prefer this version over the older one? --AKB Talk 22:33, 19 February 2011 (UTC)

I don't like either version, but I can't come up with anything better right now. DiamondKnight19's edits make sense - the items you sell to Nilphas will only appear in Velus' inventory if they're potions or ingredients, unless you have the Journeyman Mercantile perk in which case everything shows up. We just need a less cumbersome way of saying that. rpeh •TCE 22:35, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
The problem is that you're saying that he does not break the norm. As a rule, if there is no specific notuice, than it should be assumed that it follows the normal trend. Quick question, how is the Journeyman perk implemented in-game? --DKong27 Talk Cont 23:03, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
The bug isn't with the Journeyman perk - it's with the fact that the two vendors share one chest. That's how the items get shared between the two. rpeh •TCE 23:09, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
What do you mean Dkong? I can't tell you about mechanics but you get it once you reach journeyman rank (Level 50), the perk unlocks all possible item categories to be bought and sold. See here for a bit of a more in-depth look at it. --AKB Talk 23:16, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
