(Without talking to Jauffre about 'Assistance', it is possible for Prior Maborel to offer you the horse, but when you go to take the horse, it will still have a red icon.)

Are you sure about this? I know that there's another paint horse at Weynon Priory, called just "Weynon Priory Horse", I think. That one belongs to the priory, and you can't take it legally. Prior Maborel's Paint Horse is a different horse, and I think it simply doesn't exist until he gives it to you. (Will have to check the scripts.) I think this is true of almost ALL the horses you can legally ride. "My Black Horse" at the Cheydinhal stables doesn't actually exist until you purchase it. There are other black horses there, but you'll notice if you do a count, that there is always one more horse after you make the purchase than there was before. --TheRealLurlock 10:36, 12 October 2006 (EDT)

I added this note, and I'm pretty sure about it. I went back to the stables multiple times and found the horse identified as "Prior Maborel's Paint Horse" (yes, there was at least one other horse back there, but I was definitely at the one identified as Prior Maborel's). This was after talking to Prior Maborel, and having him offer me his horse, but the horse had a red icon every time. The red icon went away after I went up to Jauffre and went the through the Assistance dialogue with him. --Nephele 11:16, 12 October 2006 (EDT)

His Body[edit]

Maborel's body hasn't disappeared, weeks after I completed the Weynon Priory quest. Is his body a "quest item," like Jauffre's body supposedly is? If yes, shall I add it to the article? IWon'tFightUndead 13:36, 16 November 2007 (EST)

I think he is similar to Jauffre. He certainly is tagged as a "Quest Item". --Mankar CamoranTCE 13:48, 16 November 2007 (EST)

Incomplete Schedule[edit]

I had a feeling, this was not the final schedule - should have mentioned it in my summary. Anyway, I'm in a point in the game, where I have to break the siege of Kvatch very soon, and figured it would be nice to get his "normal" schedule written down, while I was there. I also can't figure out, whether he's eating or not while he is waiting at the table. Maybe you could finish the schedule from the CS and then I can doublecheck, before I set the whole Kvatch thing in motion? Krusty 08:44, 15 March 2009 (EDT)

Eqipping items after dead[edit]

Okay, so I was playig, and Brother Piner was killed before I got to the Priory, so after the battle, I put his monk robe, shoes, Katana and I think the bread on Prior Marobel's body. I had taken Prior Marobel's black robe, but I returned later on, all the bodies, including Brother Piner's, except his were gone (as usual) but Prior Marobel had equipped Brother Piner's Robe and Katana. Is there any reason for this, or is this what happens normally, I would just like to know if that happens on purpose and if so why.

Refer to the His Body section on this talk page. -- Thanks --KizC ·•· Talk ·•· Contribs ·•· Mail ·•· 18:54, 24 August 2011 (UTC)

I know it doesn't disappear, I am asking why did he equip Brother Piner's stuff, and how because he was dead?
